We will try our very best to answer any and all of the questions you may have about EQVIS, our products or your order within 24 hours during weekdays. In the rare case, that our answer may take longer, rest assured, that it is an occurrence not related to your person, but due to internal hold-ups, like technical issues. In case you haven’t received an answer from us within 72 hours, weekends excluded, your message may have somehow gotten lost in which case we would kindly ask you to re-send your inquiry.
